1. OUT OF
BOUNDS
(a) Beyond the
wire fences, railings or walls bounding the course.
(b) On or over
the tarmacadam surface surrounding the Clubhouse and
in the car park. The wall and cement kerb defines
the boundary.
2. WATER
HAZARDS (Rule 26-1)
Ponds in front of
the 2nd tee, front of the 10th green, left of the
10th green and front of the 11th tee marked by
yellow stakes.
3. LATERAL
WATER HAZARDS (Rule 26-1C)
(a) That part
of the pond on the left of the 1st green and in
front of the 11th tee marked by red
stakes.
(b) The pond
to the right of the 2nd fairway.
4.
INTEGRAL PARTS OF THE COURSE
Machinery sheds,
concrete apron, hardcore extension, and all internal
walls are integral parts of the course; the ball
must be played as it lies or be declared unplayable
under Rule 28.
On the
10th hole the artificial pathway on the
right hand side is deemed to be an integral part of
the course for the length of the hole.
All
drinking fountains and shelter at the 6th hole are
immovable obstructions (Rule 24-2).
5. STAKED
TREES
If a staked tree
interferes with the player’s stance or the area of
his intended swing, the ball shall be deemed to be
interfered with by an immovable obstruction and the
player must take relief as provided by Rule 24-2B.
6. G.U.R.
Tree stumps
and disturbed ground from recently removed trees may
be treated as G.U.R.

7. STONES IN BUNKERS

obstructions (Rule 24-1 applies)

AERATION HOLES
A ball
that comes to rest in or on an aeration hole may be
lifted without penalty, cleaned and
dropped, as near as
possible to the spot where it lay but not nearer the
hole. The ball when dropped must first strike a
part of the course through the green. On the
putting green, a ball that comes to rest in or on an
aeration hole may be placed at the nearest spot not
nearer the hole that avoids the situation.
10. Play the
ball as it lies.
